X Lé provides custom-made and ready-to-wear cycling apparel. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Custom Orders and Design Approval
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom design proofs before production begins
• Once a design is approved, it cannot be modified
• X Lé is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer
3. Pricing and Payments
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payment must be made in full before production begins
• X Lé reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the X Lé website, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of X Lé and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Customers submitting custom artwork confirm that they have the legal right to use that artwork. X Lé is not liable for copyright infringement arising from customer-provided designs.
5. Product Performance Disclaimer
Cycling apparel is designed for athletic use. X Lé is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X Lé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or access to the website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
8. Changes to Terms
