At X Lé, every piece of cycling apparel is crafted with precision and performance in mind. Because many of our products are custom-made, our shipping process differs slightly from standard retail brands.
1. Order Processing Time
Custom Orders
• 4–5 weeks production time before shipping
Ready-to-Ship Items
• 1–3 business days processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive:
• A confirmation email once your order is placed
• A second email with tracking details once your order has shipped
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Domestic: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
X Lé is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
X Lé is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
• Provide your order number and supporting photos (if the item is damaged)
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
