Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the custom nature of our cycling apparel, our return policy differs between custom-made and standard items.

1. Custom-Made Products

All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives defective
• The item received does not match the approved design or order specifications

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Non-Custom (Standard) Products

Standard items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags are still attached
• There is no visible wear or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for non-custom items, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
